All of my tools and practices focus on embodiment and reconnection with the heart.

Why? Working through the body is the easiest, most accessible way to feel and release stuck energy, old emotions, and worn-out belief systems.

It’s impossible to separate the body and the mind, yet the body holds information that the mind often struggles to access. Trauma and stress store beliefs in the body that are impossible to shift with the mind alone. If you’re struggling, your body can feel like an enemy when it’s actually your closest ally.

The body contains everything you need to know to face any challenge, and my goal in our sessions is to empower you to read and follow it as your road map through life.

As a woman in her late 50s living a deeply meaningful and ecstatically joyful life, I’m deeply committed to supporting other women of all ages. I especially love sharing my insights about the period during and after menopause and creating places for us to gather where we feel honored and loved through every change in identity that a woman’s life brings. You were born at the right time, and you are in the right place now, whether it feels like it or not. Even better: you can not only accept but fall deeply in love with your body and your life after menopause. You are not too old, and it is not too late. You will never be younger than you are right now, and together, we can create and celebrate a life that feels as playful and fun as it did when you were a child.

Somatic Experiencing (SE)®

I first encountered Somatic Experiencing as a student, and I offer it because it’s one of the most radically healing practices I’ve encountered. During any type of stress, it’s common (and necessary!) to dissociate from the body; it’s the mind’s way of protecting itself from deeper levels of mental dis-ease. You’ll complete this self-protective loop by associating with your body again and releasing the survival energy that gets stuck, addressing the root cause of your symptoms. It’s a gentle embodiment process that increases your tolerance for difficult sensations and suppressed emotions, and is the basic approach I start with most clients, adding and creating other tools and rituals depending on your individual needs and personality.

Soul Coaching

I define “soul” as the inner voice that always knows exactly what you want and need. Soul coaching is guiding you back to hear this voice (it’s often quiet!), clearing any mental clutter that prevents you from hearing it, and empowering you to follow its direction. Rather than listening to the loud outside noises of what other people think you “should” do, you’ll recognize and claim what you really want on all levels: body, mind, and soul. Together, we’ll mine the gems of wisdom your voice offers and orient your life towards what brings you joy.


Qoya is a movement system based on the idea that through movement, you remember your essence is wise, wild and free. Through the wisdom of yoga, the creative expression of dance, and the ability to expand your capacity to enjoy being in your body through feminine movement, you will learn to identify the physical sensation of truth in your body and feel empowered to follow it.

Personal Rituals

A powerful way to shift beliefs and behaviors is through a personal ritual. Rather than perform a ritual that has been passed down by tradition, we will create a ritual to support anything in your life that needs tending. I’ll draw on your unique needs as well as my experience (and imagination!) to create rituals that shift your perception and beliefs not only in your mind, but in your body.

Systemic & Family Constellation Work

Whether your childhood was magical or traumatic, we all cling to patterns from our families that may or may not be serving us. Systemic and family constellation work helps you excavate what conscious and unconscious beliefs you’re holding, especially when it comes to your self-worth and patterns in your life and relationships. This work not only supports your individual well-being but can often shift generations of unhappiness. By becoming aware of these beliefs and patterns, you’ll feel grounded in your roots and empowered to make different choices.

Flower Essences & Crystals

Bach flower remedies have been used since the 1930s to give support during times of intense emotion, using the vibration and essences of plants to gently calm the nervous system. They restore the balance between mind and body by easing your experience of difficult emotions such as fear, worry, and sadness. They are heart medicine, pure and simple, and amplify the benefits of our work together. Crystals have been used for thousands of years for emotional support and nervous system balance as well, and they offer gentle grounding to your healing journey.
